The primary role of the Communications Resource is to work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, develop solutions to business problems and provide communications and adoption artefact production to assist in the solution delivery. If you have the knowledge and proven background in Service Management technical delivery in one or more of the following areas, we want to hear from you
  • ITIL v3 (foundation)
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 (foundation)
  • Cloud Based Software experience (ServiceNow, Salesforce etc)
  • Hands on Training Experience (desirable)

The candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables
  • Analyse and deliver change impact assessment for business users, including project managers.
  • Create and deliver communications and training across the ITSM toolset.
  • Analyse change impact on all streams of users.
  • Deliver change impact assessment, communications schedule, and copy for ongoing communications to affected users.
  • Additionally, deliver high quality training to various users, from basic tips and tricks to advanced use.

To be succesful in the role the candidate must have
  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to analyse comms and adoption requirements
  • Solid track record of creating and deliver presentations, both remotely and in-person
  • Write Word documentation and knowledge articles
  • Knowledge of how to create, edit and produce videos in Camtasia
