In This Role You Will

Execute recruitment processes and deliver a talented and diverse work force for entry level hourly production positions. This includes sourcing diverse qualified nonexempt, bargaining and contingent candidates through talent staffing life cycle. Accountable for hourly recruiting solutions for multiple lines of business throughout WPS Companies. Foster partnerships with hiring supervisors to deliver effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill entry level hourly vacancies. Build a pipeline of hourly talent. Represent WPS at community recruiting events.

You Should Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 1 or more year of high-volume recruitment experience and experience in managing a recruiting cycle from start to finish
  • Experience in implementing and utilizing a variety of talent staffing techniques
  • Experience with HRIS/applicant tracking system, basic HR measurement, and process improvement techniques


We Also Prefer
  • Experience with collective bargaining recruitment
  • Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation
