We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager with work experience in technolgy services to work with SkillNet s worldwide sales, presales and professional services group in development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. Though a candidate from the bay area is prefered, we are open to accepting candidates working remote in the US. 

Responsibilities: Work with the business development, presales and consulting staff to develop external and internal communications material (such as presentations, whitepapers, sales collateral etc.) that position companies capabilities across practice areas Create, manage and distribute content to reach the company s target audience through variety of channels web, social media, newsletter, email etc. Design, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. Manage website, website analytics and ensure optimal SEO Manage client relations, public relations, media relations, advertising and serve as company s media contact. Create and distribute press releases and announcements. Manage company s participation in trade shows and marketing events, coordinate event activities and develop event related marketing materials Manage the marketing communications budget. Desired Skills and Experience Skills Required: Ability to work well and communicate with senior management and peers Superb written communication and visual/ graphic presentation skills Experience working with Tech Services Experience writing and editing marketing materials, sales collateral, marketing pitches, case studies etc. Familiarity with web design and graphic design Experience with Microsoft office, adobe creative suite, Wordpress or similar tools. Proven working experience in social media/digital marketing Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and project management skills Ability to take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines Education and Experience Required/Desired Bachelor s degree with course work in Journalism, Communication or Marketing. Experience in marketing communications roles, preferably in a business consulting or other professional services firm Knowledge of Retail industry is a big plus
