Job DescriptionVoucherCart are looking to hire a Lead UI/UX Designer with skills in both user interface and user experience design. The role requires a designer who can understand stakeholder requirements, the needs of the user and in turn translate them into highly usable and attractive customer-focused interfaces for web, mobile and desktop platforms. Responsibilities: You will be well versed in the principles of user interface design, user experience and interaction design, and will be as comfortable carrying out user research, as you are producing pixel perfect designs or constructing prototypes to illustrate how the products will work.
Designing variations and improvements to the VoucherCart Front-end sales pages, UX, e-commerce platform. Extending and improving our mobile apps to exceed the best-in-market standard. Conducting research and mapping customer journeys Ensuring the best user experience and high quality of every final product in regards to branding and business Working closely with developers in the implementation of the created designs and graphics into final product Working closely with the marketing and strategy team to ensure that the designed products exceed clients' expectations Person Specification: To be successful in this role, you will need: * to Demonstrable UX, UI design skills with a strong portfolio for established (ideally global) web based businesses. Experience of designing complex business-centric products across multiple platforms UX and User Research skills (task analysis, story mapping, user journeys, personas, wireframing, testing etc.) Proficiency in Adobe CC products, Moqups and collaborative products such as InVision and/or FIGMA. To be able to work closely with BAs/Product Owners/Developers and Testing to ensure we deliver a product of the highest quality. To be familiar with creating work at multiple points in the design cycle, from low fidelity wireframes to pixel-perfect moq-ups and work where necessary in the modification of HTML/CSS To create and manage detailed design systems to ensure consistency in client experience across our products. To identify and articulate design problems and solutions to stakeholders while pragmatically considering technical and business requirements To be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Ability to mentor junior designer and enhance their skill-set.
