Our Software as a Service (SaaS) business is an exciting new area of growth focused on the full continuum of out-of-hospital care settings. The team is building a global portfolio of connected software and services designed to drive more choices and better outcomes for patients and providers. We are looking for individuals with a strategic mindset, business acumen, an entrepreneurial outlook, strong technical capabilities and a “get it done” attitude to help fulfill our vision as the leader in out of hospital solutions.

This role will reside out of our Media, PA office or will be remote.

The primary focus of this role is on supporting customers after they have purchased our mobile delivery solution. The person fulfilling this role will manage and perform system setup, configuration, installation and training for new customers. They will contribute to our mission to change 20 million lives by 2020 through providing subject matter expertise and guidance to customers through the implementation process using technical and customer service skills.

Must be detail-oriented, results-driven and focused on meeting the customer’s needs. This role is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, upselling products/licenses and performing remote and on-site training.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities
  • Consistently and effectively implement mobile delivery solutions within 90 days or less (on average, from contract signing to go-live)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s requirements and deliver quality service resulting in positive satisfaction survey feedback
  • Reliably increase revenue through selling additional licenses and up-selling modules (20 or more licenses added per month across the entire implementation team)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Mentor and support implementation consultants
  • Coordinate and manage communications with all stakeholders to seamlessly address customer questions and/or issues
  • Proactively provide constructive feedback on programs and processes; contribute to process improvement

Must Have

Let's talk about qualifications and experience:
  • At least 4 years healthcare management experience in HME, Hospice and/or Pharmacy
  • At least 3 years’ experience with billing and/or inventory management software
  • Four-year college degree in a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
  • Travel required at times (<25%)


Preferred
  • Experience training internal or external personnel on software
  • Experience receiving software enhancement requests and communicating the same to Product Management

Technical / Professional Qualifications
  • MS Office – including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Mobile operating systems including iOS and Android
  • Knowledge of mobility and/or wireless technologies in IT a plus
