REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

ExecuSource is partnered with a fast-growing e-commerce firm, headquartered in the Greater Denver Area, that is looking to add a REMOTE Human Resources Manager to their team. This position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for administering HR policies, programs & services, benefit administration, employee communications, and also recruitment. Responsibilities
  • Design an implement human resources policies and processes to be consistent with company business goals.
  • On-board new employees, including recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, orientation, arranging training schedules, and following up.
  • Recruiting at all levels within organization including senior management, entry level, temporary, and contract employees.
  • Managing payroll including maintaining a time-clock and PTO requests
  • Design and implement a standardized performance review process
  • Maintain an employee handbook to be in accordance with all policies, procedures, and within compliance of all federal, local, and state laws.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability, supplemental medical, and 401k.
  • Serve as point of contact for all employees with HR related concerns.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on expenses associated with human resources
  • Advising managers on performance reviews, conflict resolution, disciplinary, and termination procedures.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a company experience high growth
  • Previous e-commerce or retail experience preferred
  • Experience working with nearly 100% remote workforce a plus
  • HRCI, SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SP, SCP, or other similar additional certification preferred
