Reporting to the VP of Sales, Perkuto is looking for a hardworking, proactive Enterprise Account Executive. The Enterprise AE is responsible for the end-to-end management of Perkuto’s new and existing client relationships for accounts that fall within the assigned territory. Candidate with experience selling software or services for a marketing cloud solution is preferred. Measures of success include pipeline generation, revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and x-sell effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, contributions to the overall sales team, as well as the value being delivered to Adobe’s field sales organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our service offerings.
  • Conduct proper account planning/mapping to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Build pipeline by outbound emails, phone calls, attending field marketing events, and providing value to the Adobe field sales organization.
  • Come up with creative outbound campaign strategies, on a regular basis, to help differentiate Perkuto in the marketplace and drive pipeline.
  • Maintain pipeline that is 4X bookings target to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
  • Maintain sales cycle control by leveraging close plans, buyer maps, and the extended Perkuto team
  • Clearly and effectively articulate Perkuto’s value proposition, in both remote and on-site meetings, by leveraging proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Renew existing customer contracts with a 90% retention target.
  • Expand footprint within existing customer accounts.
  • Work closely with internal account managers to ensure sales & delivery alignment, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain close relationships with marketing department to enable strong sales & marketing alignment.


Requirements
  • Minimum five-year track record of enterprise-level direct sales expertise into strategic accounts. Two years of account development experience preferred. Prior successes in carrying a $1MM+ quota also preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape required.
  • Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions required. Experience selling into the CMO highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of the Value Selling Sales methodology as well as the ability to forge and maintain strong business relationships inside of key strategic accounts.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing newly-identified opportunities.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, partnering with all other organizations within Perkuto including Sales, Marketing, delivery, and C-Suite.
  • Available for travel (50%) in North America for sales meetings and industry events.
