Job Description: Primary Responsibilities
Review business requirements and translate into technical requirements
Campaign Development and Execution
Create waterfalls and data audits/samples for review and approval by business partners
Prepare files in required format for delivery to in house call centers our outside vendors for Email or Direct Mail deployment
Auditing of list selection.
Maintenance of requisite campaign production documentation for audit and risk management purposes
Communicate and address any data anomalies, data gaps, issues, and present solutions to campaign stakeholders
Supports campaign planning process by providing input on time allocation for campaign development and execution
Provides data input for Design of Experiment creation.
Required skill sets:
Adobe Campaign Manager Experience
1-3 years of data collection and manipulation experience
1-3 years' experience creating marketing lists, creating waterfalls, and sending files to outside vendors through secure methods
Detailed knowledge of campaign execution process, data and tools, including design of experiment construction, measurement and tracking
Able to read business requirements documents and translate defined requirements into detailed, field specific data pulls and execute code for list execution
Experience in file distribution and output file generation
Understanding of marketing policies/standards for suppressions and potential impacts on data volumes and quality

Experience working with financial services/retail banking industry data

Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency gains across campaigns
Some experience in Base SAS and/or SAS EG is preferred, although in a limited capacity. No need for full SAS experience in data analytic or modeling type activities
Top three critical skillsets or technologies needed:
Skill #1: Detailed knowledge of campaign execution process, data and tools, including design of experiment construction, measurement and tracking
Skill #2: 1-3 years of data collection and manipulation experience using SAS or other database access tools
Skill #3: Able to read business requirements documents and translate defined requirements into detailed, field specific data pulls and execute code for list execution
